I highly recommend Chad Kleiman for employment. Chad was employed at Backdoor Tauranga from December 2009 until January 2012 and was a very valued employee. Chad had to resign from he's position of Part time sales assistant to begin he's University course in Wellington. During he's employment he was responsible for: - Greeting the customers who entered the store - Answering inquiries from customers - Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers in regards to surfboards, wetsuit selection, snowboard hardware, skateboard hardware and various accessories - Processing cash, card payments, lay-buys and refunds - Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock such as surfboards, bodyboards, wetsuits, snowboards, skateboards, surf accessories and apparel - Attending brand nights to ensure our customers get the most up to date information about our products Chad was reliable in advising customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and return to buy in the future. At all times Chad was dependable, reliable, hard-working and enthusiastic. He's confidence within himself provided fantastic communication skills and allowed him to converse with all age groups. Overall he was delightful to work with and highly recommend him.
