I am a graduate of The Pennsylvania School Of Culinary Arts earning an Associate's degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. My goal is to learn all aspects of the restaurant industry working my way up and I am always striving to better myself and always keep learning.

During my time at the resort I completed a 12 week externship learning all aspects of the hotels kitchen, banquets and off property events. Learning under a handful of talented cooks and Chefs.

During my time at RedRobin I worked my way up to a position they call CDT which stands for certified designated trainer so I was certified to train new employees. Some of my duties were working the line, prep, training, and opening and closing. I also helped open a new location which was one of the most successful in that franchises history.
