Responsibilities included: Oversight of 5-7 case managers responsible for providing services to 230 clients, leadership and oversight of service delivery to ensure client behavioral health needs are met, assessment of client needs to determine appropriate services and availability of those services, supervision of assigned case managers to promote personal and professional growth.
