Director of Development, Bruce Worrell is the Director of Development for the Center for Optimal Vitality. Within this capacity, Bruce is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of operation and development for the Center for Optimal Vitality. Using his extensive experience, Bruce provides specialized guidance and support for all staff. Bruce Worrell has over 30 years of experience in the medical field and has researched the preventative side of medicine.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Judy Couch is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined COV in December 2009. She has been a registered nurse since 1986 and has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the last nine years. Her nursing career has included working in pediatrics, adult care, and nursing management. As an FNP, Judy has worked in Oncology, Occupational Health, Emergency and Urgent care. Having experienced the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy first hand, Judy is an ardent believer in the immediate and long term health benefits. She is passionate about spreading the word and teaching others about the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement. Judy and her husband Brett are the devoted parents of three teenage children. As a family they enjoy owing horses, raising organic chickens and with their children are involved in 4H Pony Club and many sports teams.

Dr. Deborah Sillins is a board certified plastic surgeon who joined COV in April 2012. She graduated from New York Medical College in 1991 with an M.D. degree, and finished her residency in Integrated Plastic Surgery/General Surgery at the University of Kentucky and Plastic Surgery at Case Western Reserve from 1996-1998. She completed her fellowship at the UCLA Medical Center, California in the advanced specialty of Microsurgery. She has been in private practice since 1999, owning and operating A Women's Touch, specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She is very enthusiastic about Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and excited to use her knowledge and training to deliver the highest form of medical and surgical skill while providing a complete approach to you and your body. She loves riding and owning horses, and rescuing stray dogs.
