Customer Support Engineer - Management Trainee

I have been working as a Customer Support Engineer MT since May 2016. Mainly I am participating and organising meetings and conference calls to fulfill customer satisfaction by contributing and making 8-disciplines team to contribute the identification of containment activities, root causes and corrective actions for customer claims. I am closely following up the 8-disciplines processes to create contact between 8D team members and report/present the progression to the customers accordingly.
In addition, I am responsible to inform and follow up related teams about new PPAP requirements and prepare PPAP documents that required by customers. Also I am supporting central quality team members in several systemic works.
