I work for the Brazilian federal internal revenue (Receita Federal do Brasil) in its business process management office. I'm responsible for initiaves of business process modeling and transformation, and for the customization of our business process management tool, Aris. I'm a certified CAPM in project management, fluent in english, and graduated in International Relations at the University of Brasília (UnB).

I work with projects of modeling and transformation of business process in the Brazilian Internal Revenue agency(Receita Federal do Brasil). I'm also responsible for the promotion of the Business Process Management methodology of the organization, teaching classes on the subject for the organization's members. Lastly, I'm responsible for administrative tasks of the organization's business process tool, Aris 7, including designing and implementation of script providing reports and macro functions.

I've helped UNPD Brazil Communication Unit on the maintenance and publishing of content for their local webiste as well as their social networks. I've kept regular updating of clippings with news about the Programmes' actions and partners. I've assisted on drafting and translating official documents from and to spaninsh and english. I've also did several adminstrative tasks such as producing work reports, organizing events and other similar tasks, specially during the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20).

I was an intern for Dr. Haroldo Machado while he was in charge of the Brazilian Second National Communication under the UNFCCC. I've assisted mainly on scientific and academic tasks, gathering data, informations and research sources to produce articles and reports in the International Development and Climate Change Field. I've also helped adminstratively, translating documents, drafting, keeping in contact with International Development organizations and assisting with meetings and the organization of events. I've studied International Relations, trying to focus my courses in International Politics and International Law. I've participated of several major Model United Nations events such as AMUN 2009 and AMUN 2010, the latter being the one I've received an Oustanding Performance award. I've also worked for the AMUN Kids 2010 social project and for the high school Model United Nations SiNUS in 2010 and in 2011.



I manage business process modeling and transformation projects daily. I've participated of several courses related to techniques and tools for better Business Process Management practice, including Business Model Generation, Design Thinking and training in the Aris Business Architech and Aris Mashup tools. 


I'm certified by PMI institute as a CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management). I use my knowledge in project management to better manage the BPM projects under my resposibility and to facilitate the integration of our BPM office with our Project Management Office.


I'm completely fluent in english, having received a 108 of 120 Toefl iBT grade in 2012. 


I'm skilled in HTML 5, CSS 3 and Java Script (including jquery and angular JS), and have been using it to improve intranet webpages on Business Process and creeating web apps that could ease management and monitoring in our BPM office.
