"Cecil Brown was a tremendous help and addition to our Columbus Crew Marketing & Promotional Staff for the 2008 season. I was consistently impressed by both Cecil’s attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop productive working relationships with both our Crew fans and our full-time staff.

He has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions. His ability to remain unflustered during a frenzied 18 Crew game home schedule along with an extensive grassroots promotional program proves his ability to work well under pressure."
