Administrative Assistant- DuPont Information Security Organization Scheduling, organizing, categorizing and maintaining information in Lotus Notes, Nexus and other applications. Handling and maintaining confidential information. Mailing, faxing, phone coverage and calendar management. Provide telephone support and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries by management and employees. Make travel arrangements (domestic and international) Handle meeting arrangements, and itineraries/agenda for trips. Prepare reports regarding internal internet usage for our Incident/Investigations lead Maintain proficiency in current software applications while continually developing capabilities to quickly and resourcefully master knowledge needed in new and unfamiliar software applications/situations. Prepare presentation materials and other task as needed.
