  • Managed the deployment of over 50 Cisco routers, and over 3,000 Cisco access server ports. Defined the company's IP routing policies, and led their implementation. Managed projects to transition the company‚Äôs dial-up infrastructure from analog to digital.
  • Created the architecture for and led the development of operational support software systems including a subscriber registration system, partner sales tracking system, the customer provisioning system, network and SLA monitoring tools, and a web-based service dashboard.
