  • Designed, built and implemented a network infrastructure that allowed two separate business entities to communicate.

Help Desk Technician



  • Take calls from subscribers of various internet providers around the country, and help them troubleshoot their internet/network related problems.
  • Type legible and professional documentation outlining the extent of the call before it ends.
  • Be prepared for the next user to call in for help within ten seconds of the last call ending.
  • Use any free time to learn the procedures and processes of each internet provider that we support, or will support soon.
  • Troubleshoot dialup, dsl, cable, fiber, and wired/wireless networking issues that prevent the user from accessing the internet.
  • Use personal judgment and provide support on other technical issues upon user's request.
