Worked as part of a management team to develop, implement, and manage the day-to-day operations of an accredited post-secondary education and training facility. My primary responsibilities included proposal and technical writing, program design and master planning, policy and procedure development, and the provision and oversight of essential customer/student services, such as classroom instruction, transition planning, registration, testing, and student accounting. From 2001 to 2003 I provided career planning and resource acquisition assistance to low income, unemployed, and underemployed individuals as part of a contracted Workforce Investment Act (WIA) career counseling program.
