Responsible for the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of HR related issues, calling on appropriate resources to provide resolution. Continuously improve HP CDS* image as an attractive place to work and assists in the organizational development plan.
Responsibilities: Serves as business partner to management and participates in the development and implementation of human resources plan to support business objectives. Consults with management and employees on human resources issues and policies; HR management coordination between different departments and suppliers; Implementation of local HR policies and support to the EMEA HR Policies; Workforce planning and employment planning, execution and evaluation tactics for recruitment, talent acquisition; on-boarding and exists of mployee; dealing with conflict (no trade unions or collective bargaining), to advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to labor law; monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action; Internal communications and HR initiatives organization
