Transitions patients through different levels and types of care at facilities and assisted livings.    Works with the patients, families, physicians, and facilities to provide a smooth transition to the next level of care needed by coordinating and navigating the health care maze for the entire team.  Won Chairmans Club three times as a CTC landing in the top 5 CTC's in the company.  Currently at 145% to Quota.  Currently mentoring new employees and assisting the AVP in her role.

In the Account Executive role I built relationships with physicians in the Cambridge, Berlin, Salisbury, Georgetown, and Crisfield markets.  Built the Dorchester and Talbott county markets from the ground up.  Was instramental in getting the CON's for both Dorchester and Talbott counties by building business from 0 to 25% of market share in one year.  Won Chairmans Club two times in this position and launched a new office in Cambridge.  During this time also worked in facilities and hospitals. Was given a new title when the company changed to a CTC model.  I was already using this model as a AE.

Began as a field nurse and the infusion specialist.  Created a business development role and grew the business in DE and MD from a cencus of 50 to 200.  Hired good people and continue to grow.  Worked on the CON for Dorchester county.  Transitioned through the acquisition to Amedisys.
