Provide leadership necessary to fulfill the artistic mission and to meet the organizational goals of fundraising, financial stability and long-term capital needs. Oversee curriculum development and set standards for artistic quality. Key Contributions and Accomplishments:

Successfully facilitated  Conceived, planned and executed the midwest’s largest plein air (outdoor) painting festival, attracting 40 nationally-recognized artists annually. Grossed over $275K annually in 2005-2011 and increased net revenue by 100% in 2011.
