Growth Marketing Manager
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Experienced Growth Hacker responsible for all inbound traffic and digital programs. Monitors all marketing KPIs through the attribution of marketing programs across a range of channels to identify the most effective ways to grow revenue. Optimizes all stages of the lead life-cycle. Drives content recommendations, website, and email changes. Manages the website referral strategy including SEO, Blogs, Social Media, Paid Ads, and content syndication. Leads all website and email A/B testing. Partners with Demand Generation to evaluate the performance of marketing programs, led campaign strategy and execution of core demand generation initiatives. Partners with Product Marketing to assess content performance throughout the buying lifecycle. Partners with Product Management to optimize the trial experience and conversion rates. Builds and operates the marketing framework and technology stack. Technology stack includes Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, and Mode (SQL). Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizes high impact activities and keeps complex projects moving forward.
