Growth Marketing Manager
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Experienced Growth Hacker responsible for all inbound traffic and digital programs. Monitors all marketing KPIs through the analysis and attribution of marketing programs across a range of channels to identify the most effective ways to grow CrowdFlower’s revenue. Optimizes all stages of the lead life-cycle through monitoring all web traffic to sales accepted leads to revenue. Drives content recommendations, website, and email changes based on metrics. Manages the website referral strategy including SEO, Blogs, Social Media, Paid Ads, and content syndication. Leads all website and email A/B testing to make informed marketing decisions on content creation and channel participation. Partners with Demand Generation to evaluate and elevate the performance of marketing programs. Partners with Product Marketing to assess content performance throughout the buying lifecycle. Partners with Product Management to optimize the trial experience and conversion rates. Partners with Sales Development to close the loop on what’s working for the sales team. Builds and operates the framework and technology stack to determine revenue attribution for channels and content. Technology stack includes Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, and Mode (SQL). Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizes high impact activities and keeps complex projects moving forward.
