A respected business executive, Casey Federman has provided his management expertise to many notable companies. At present, he leverages more than a decade of experience toward his role as Managing Director of Irongate, a real estate development and investment banking firm located in Los Angeles. He serves as part of a team focusing on sales, marketing, acquisitions, construction, pre-development, and entitlement. The team at Irongate has developed a number of real estate projects. They include the Watermark condominium building and the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Honolulu, Hawaii. Irongate also negotiated the re-zoning of the Hawaii Raceway. Before his role at Irongate, Casey Federman was an Associate Director for UBS Investment Bank. At UBS, he was part of the mergers and acquisitions group, where he analyzed both buy and sell side transactions. Prior to this, Mr. Federman was an Associate with Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glaser, Weil and Shapiro, LLP, where he worked in the Corporate and Real Estate Transactional Department. Casey Federman began his career as a Coordinator of Corporate Sales for the World Cup 1994 and then Major League Soccer. Mr. Federman received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Diplomatic History and Economics. He then attended the University of Southern California, where he earned his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor in 2002.Dedicated to remaining active in his community, Casey Federman enjoys staying connected to charitable organizations focused on fighting cancer. In his free time, Mr. Federman enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.

Managed analysts in financial modeling, and preparation of bank books and supporting documentation for equity issuances, high yield bond offerings, and syndicated loans.
