-Create, plan, and execute various improvement strategies from construction projects to energy conservation methods , supply inventory, and expense reduction.

-Serve as a mentor and trainer for junior team members with or without experience in this field.

-Supervised a team of six inventory control associates.

-Assisted this store to is most accurate inventory screening in the ten years leading up.

-Developed and interim managed the new Dairy Department after converting to a "Super Store" surpassing expected revenue goals by 17% for the three months I ran it before returning to inventory operations once their original candidate was fully trained.

-Achieved Powered Lifting Equipment trainer and operator certifications to further enhance my capabilities as my shifts PLE trainer and Inventory Ops Supervisor.
