An experienced community leader and medical professional in Atlanta, Georgia, Carroll Harrison Braddy, MD, MBA, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Braddy Preparatory Academy. Founded by Dr. Carroll Harrison Braddy in 2000, the academy provides educational training and mental health care treatment to children with mental and developmental disabilities. The academy focuses on helping special needs children enrich their lives and ultimately realize their full potential. In addition to serving as an educational facility, Braddy Preparatory Academy serves as an outpatient treatment space for individuals living in inner-city Atlanta. Maintaining a clear vision for Braddy Preparatory Academy, Dr. Carroll Harrison Braddy oversees new program development while coordinating all educational and health care activities. He currently manages roughly 150 full-time professional staff members. Braddy Preparatory Academy is accredited with quality by the Georgia Accrediting Commission.Dr. Braddy earned his Doctor of Medicine at the American International School of Medicine and completed his Master of Business Administration at American Intercontinental University’s Dunwoody Campus. His clinical experience includes serving a clerkship in General Surgery at Southern Regional Hospital and a clerkship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Atlanta Medical Center and Exclusive Women’s Healthcare. Highly active in his local community, Dr. Braddy serves on the Board of Directors for organizations including East Lake YMCA, Operation Play, and the Community Healthcare and Education Foundation. He also serves as Senior Pastor at Now Faith Apostolic Ministries, a progressive church in Atlanta. His personal interests include traveling internationally, reading medical journals, and participating in community outreach projects.
