Responsible for all Human Resource activities for the company including to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, safety, OSHA, compliance and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Develops and implements Human Resources plans and personnel procedures and organizes all activities of the department. Maintains job descriptions and compensation programs and participates in administrative staff meetings. Conducts interviews, makes test plans for employees, and judge the professionalism of the employees and assist in selecting those who are appropriate for the organization.
