Director of Business Devleopment
Provides operational support for the Las Vegas practice, implements the business development strategies, coordinates client service activities and performs special assignments and related work as required.
Strategic Problem Solving and Innovation
Develop custom and unique planning and solutions for programs and physician groups to address critical issues for all types of multimillion dollar client projects. Determine strengths and critical issues and design and implement creative solutions that decrease costs based on objective (financial and market) and subjective data analysis and established metrics. Focus of planning and implementation efforts is early access, education, wellness, disease management, and prevention.
Organization and Project Management
Determine critical issues, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement in the delivery of healthcare services and extensive strategic planning of major healthcare providers in the United States. Develop and implement detailed operational assessments, feasibility studies, and business plans. Establish 30, 60, 90 and 180-day work plans. Work with team members to develop and implement planning process. Establish approaches to maximize personnel utilization and improve efficiencies. Maintain operational excellence to support the plan. Utilize detailed financial and benchmarking data to improve processes across the programs and deliver the highest quality product.
Management and Leadership
Maintain a high level of personal responsibility and work ownership. Utilize a mix of hands-on and educational philosophy to achieve goal in a timely manner. Develop effective talent and skills that function in a collaborative manner. Effectively work in many types of environments – small to large facilities/groups, non-profit, for-profit and academic situations and collaborate with external stakeholders. Provide leadership and direction with follow up relationships/key liaison to ensure that results and goals are obtained on time; emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Written and Oral Communications
Interact with highly skilled and persuasive communications across all levels of the organization to ensure customer service, support and timely implementation. Provide high level board/administrative/physician presentations and large group seminars and webinars and effectively bring the group to decisions. Authored over 1,000 strategic planning documents and publications including formal reports, contracts, request for proposal process, data requests and articles/blog.
