As President of Scent Marketing Institute, Caroline Pieper-Vogt holds a leading position in the emerging scent marketing industry. Her duties at the firm include overseeing the organization of the trade and promoting the use of scent marketing to establish brands and build businesses. Over the last year, Caroline Pieper-Vogt helped to introduce the scent of Miami and the beaches at the 2011 ScentWorld Expo. She is also aiding in the extension of a scent program for the Hyatt Place hotel chain.Before joining Scent Marketing Institute, Caroline Pieper-Vogt served as the CEO of Fusion Brands, Inc. During her first year-and-a-half at the company, she helped to contribute to a significant increase in top-line sales growth. Ms. Pieper-Vogt also developed a five-year revitalization plan, integrated acquisitions, led the development of new brands, and supervised the company’s relocation from Canada to the United States. The latter initiative required her to establish an office and orient a team comprised of both transitioning and newly hired personnel.Caroline Pieper-Vogt’s career has also seen her in executive-level positions at Clarins USA, Inc.; PRADA Beauty; Lancaster Group Worldwide, Inc.; and Terme di Saturnia. She has received multiple honors for her work, including a Woman of the Future Award and recognition as a 2012 Beyond Beauty Honoree and Fashion Group International 2010 Rising Star Finalist. Early in her career, Caroline Pieper-Vogt also received accolades from Lancome and Chanel for her work as a trainer and account coordinator.
