Communication and Marketing activities:

  • Target and identify potential clients, prepare and send them promotional presentation materials and set up presentation meetings;

  • Typing legal assistance contracts both Romanian and English according to the lawyer’s instructions;
  • Coordinating with clients in order to send the contracts for signing and receiving them signed;
  • Taking phone call messages from or for the clients when the lawyers aren’t available; call transfers;
  • Checking the attorneys’ email messages when they are out of office;
  • Corresponding with clients or with other persons, authorities, institutions, etc. following the lawyers’ instructions;

  • Preparing and making the travel arrangements for official trips: transportation, accommodation, daily fee, including formalities regarding the deduction of the trip with the accountancy department;
  • Organize meetings with clients;
  • Organizing documents, recording them into the archive;
  • Preparing legal documents for authorities, under the lawyers’ guidance;
  • Other professional attributions according to the attorney’s demands, in order to support their activities;
