Responsible for dermato-cosmetic category management in Catena chain, the biggest pharmacy chain in Romania (530 pharmacies).

  • Maximize all Dermato-cosmetic products within category;
  • Facilitate joint planning with suppliers to deliver growth targets;
  • Identify and execute sales opportunities to grow profitability within the business;
  • Ensure the profitability of exclusive distribution brands including identifying product opportunities, ranging and promotions;
  • Analyse and interpret loyalty data to assist with strategic planning;
  • Monitor and manage all dermato-cosmetics brands in the portfolio, preparing justifications for new lines and deleting slow moving lines;
