University Of Victoria Residence Life & Education

Supervise 10 live-in student staff members in a neighborhood of approximately 300 students.

Scheduled on-duty rotation schedule for student staff in-nights

Facilitated professional development sessions on Residence Programming, Community Identity and Passive         Programming.

Held weekly office hours to perform administrative duties and behavioral feedback meetings.

Utilized online database (ErezLife) to manage incident reports, logs and programming proposals.

YMCA Summer Work Student Exchange

Coordinated travel itineraries, activity logistics and cultural programs for visiting French exchange students.

Facilitated large-scale group travel, including travel by air, train, carpool and chartered bus.

Conducted 40 - 50 student interviews and organized reciprocal home exchanges for outgoing and incoming students. 

Assisted visiting students with secondary language learning and English communication in the workplace.
