- Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics with an Associate of Science in Accounting.
- Bilingual in communicating fluently in Spanish and English, both verbally and written.
- Mastery of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Over 2 years of experience with ERP systems: Oracle, IBM Lotus Notes and Follett’s CourseTracks along with strong IT computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Internet.
- Over 3 years of experience with establishing exceptional communication and quality customer service.
- Sound working knowledge of Peruvian and Venezuelan economy as well as current international affairs.
