Assures all works on the mainspring system given task,are completed based on the checklist & target time
Records & summarizes all the completed hospital,patients rooms & other works done for the month
Coordinates with the housekeeping for the scheduled of comprehensive & preventive maintenance of all hospital,patients room & others areas to be maintained
Acts as the coordinator between company & the client

Project : Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD)

Directly reporting to the Chief Engineer of the hotel
Coordinates with the housekeeping manager for the schedule of comprehensive preventive maintenance of all the guestrooms & other areas to be maintained
Records & summarizes all the completed guestrooms & other works done for the month
Assures that all works are completed based on the checklist & target time
Assures that the "Safety First" policy are strictly followed before & during work

Directly talk to the end user,managers for works to be done,proper coordination with the team for the work to be carry out.decision making to deliver the work in good ways & pattern of the worker to be folowed.
Assist fellow workers by assemble of aluminium scaffolding,open wood ceiling,cutting of wall tiles,cementing,installation of threeshold on the wash rooms,installed coat hooks,glass board,cork board,grommert,assemble of furnitures such as l-type,u-type comference tables,adjustment of door closer manual type,off type card reader,hinges doors,sliding doors,swing doors,hanging of all frames big & small,salto doors,kone, beze type of different brand of doors.
