Planning and operation of various events. One of which resulted in a 150% expected attendance rate and generated $900 in ticket sales.
Shadowed my mentor, Matt Jones, for the duration of the two week event and bump in process. In this time I learnt various tasks that come with managing a bar such as stock take, problem identification and solving of various issues, the different components and areas of a bar and how to manage people. I spent a lot of time working behind the bar and speaking to people in various positions to gain a further understanding of how festivals are run.

I manage the Front Counter section of McDonald's when on certain shifts. This includes break allocation, primary and secondary position allocation and delegation of cleaning and stocking tasks.
I have received high amounts of praise by senior managers for my ability to interpret a situation and make necessary changes to solve a problem.
I complete pre-shifts to identify any stocking or cleaning that needs to be done and then delegate these tasks among all crew. This is continuous through the shift.
I teach crew the correct procedures to be followed, monitor their performance and give feedback until competency is reached. I notify crew if they are not following procedure and monitor them until it is fixed.
I have basic knowledge of cash handling procedures. I can perform sales; count a till, float and safe; and have started training for full cash procedures.
