Sales and marketing specialist Carl Gatti has accumulated nearly 30 years of experience in the resort industry. Currently the Regional Vice President of Sales for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, he joined Wyndham Worldwide Corporation in 2002 as the Area Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. After 10 years of dedicated service, during which time he oversaw record-breaking sales events and an overall increase in annual sales, Carl Gatti accepted a promotion to his present position. Based in Australia, he has implemented key marketing strategies that prioritize greater efficiency and increased revenue.Prior to 2002, Carl Gatti spent five years as the Corporate Vice President of Sales, Recruiting, and Training for Fairfield Communities, Inc. Establishing new sales centers across the contiguous United States, he also spearheaded sales center construction in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Hawaii, and Mexico. Furthermore, he carried out a number of human resources-related responsibilities. Mr. Gatti helped develop recruitment policies, coordinate career events, and standardize the training curriculum. Moreover, he implemented the company's first Internet recruiting campaign. Early in his career, he served as the Director of Sales for Fairfield Myrtle Beach.Carl Gatti has earned numerous accolades for his achievements in leadership, sales, and marketing. In 2010 and 2005, the American Resort Development Association recognized him with the industry's highest honor, the Gold ARDY. He has also received a Silver ARDY, four Distinguished Vice President of Sales Rings from Wyndham, and 17 President’s Club Awards. Carl Gatti possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College, and he graduated from the Princeton University Executive Leadership Academy in 2009. He has also graduated from the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation Citizens Academy, serving as a role model in the community and helping others learn how to fight against terror and crime. He continues to be active in the Alumni Association, which supports the core values of fidelity bravery and integrity throughout the local community and schools.
