This organization currently has over 1,700 consultants and growing.

  • Led multiple strategies at The Coca-Cola Company: Developed a Service Management Solution for The McDonald’s Group. Managed a global Point of sale decision support system at the Wal-Mart Group that allowed them to manage multiple Product Categories across all their markets and regions. Led the development of a Decision Support System strategy for the Coke Global HR organization. Through these initiatives I was able to develop an ongoing Deloitte business and client relationship throughout the Coke organization.

  • Managed the Lockheed Martin Space Systems Business Intelligence initiative. Implemented the Enterprise-wide Finance Data Warehouse, and provided the top-level executives the tools and technology to monitor their business performance more efficiently.

  • Sponsored and started the Ernst & Young practice in India and Asia Pacific. Worked successfully on multiple multi-million dollar pursuits and was instrumental in winning many of them. Managed a very important global alliance for the Firm in the Asia/Pacific region. Involved in the development of the global operating agreements and the strategic alliance agreements between the two firms. Managed the relationship and developed the firm’s business in the global market.

  • Led a Global Data Warehouse and Data Standardization effort for Johnson & Johnson - Consumer Business. The entire effort involved managing executive reporting needs and the Data Warehouse design for operations in 62 different countries. Achieved data standardization for Products and Markets, which included consolidating over 60 different source systems.

  • Key member of leadership team responsible for developing E&Y’s going to market strategy for SAP Data Warehousing solutions. Managed a 40 person team countrywide to build the E&Y brand and service offerings for SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW).
