I have a love of retail, and all things retailing and keen interest in the “customer multi-channel journey” that is developing at an exciting pace. The future of this industry and the positive impact potential around customer journey and the creation of customers for life, through the use of technology and team development, to ensure a brand culture and vision is achieved through every customer touch point both fascinates and enthuses me.
