Team Leader for the Traffic Information System for Yemen Arab Republic.Designed developed and installed this system on a UNIX platform using UNIFY as the relational database.

Leading a Technology and Business Process outsourcing organization focusing on providing exceptional professional services to various Fortune 100 clients.As the COO of the organization I have been instrumental in taking the organization from a 125 person operation to a 1,000+ person operations.Lead a multi-year initiative to build on the effective hourly Utilization of personnel from 35% to a 75% on average.This initiative directly benefited our revenue and bottom-line.

Providing leadership and strategic assistance in building a 100,000 sq. ft. Off-shoring and Outsourcing facility in India, with modern facilities and infrastructure such as VOIP communication, Video Conferencing, 24 x 7 Call Center.

Senior Manager

Played the lead role in the development of the Deloitte Consulting - Global Outsourcing organization.Built and managed the organization including the office operations, financial budgets and infrastructure; and recruiting and training of over 50 consultants working on multiple international projects in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. This organization currently has over 1,700 consultants and growing.

Led multiple strategies at The Coca-Cola Company:Developed a Service Management Solution for The McDonald’s Group.Managed a global Point of sale decision support system at the Wal-Mart Group that allowed them to manage multiple Product Categories across all their markets and regions.Led the development of a Decision Support System strategy for the Coke Global HR organization. Through these initiatives I was able to develop an ongoing Deloitte business and client relationship throughout the Coke organization.

Managed the Lockheed Martin Space Systems Business Intelligence initiative.Implemented the Enterprise-wide Finance Data Warehouse, and provided the top-level executives the tools and technology to monitor their business performance more efficiently.

Sponsored and started the Ernst & Young practice in India and Asia Pacific.Worked successfully on multiple multi-million dollar pursuits and was instrumental in winning many of them.Managed a very important global alliance for the Firm in the Asia/Pacific region.Involved in the development of the global operating agreements and the strategic alliance agreements between the two firms.Managed the relationship and developed the firm’s business in the global market. 

Led a Global Data Warehouse and Data Standardization effort for Johnson & Johnson - Consumer Business.The entire effort involved managing executive reporting needs and the Data Warehouse design for operations in 62 different countries.Achieved data standardization for Products and Markets, which included consolidating over 60 different source systems.

Key member of leadership team responsible for developing E&Y’s going to market strategy for SAP Data Warehousing solutions.Managed a 40 person team countrywide to build the E&Y brand and service offerings for SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW).

Managed the effort to move the project from Windows 3.1 to Windows NT and from Microsoft Access to Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS.

Managed the data modeling, design and development effort for the Service Order system.Managed the interface process between the organization, third party vendor and the account on a daily basis for all tasks, issues and deliverables.
