At OGPH my work required that I maintained a consistent study of beer(styles, trends, history, breweries, etc.), in addition to running the kitchen(prep, cooking, making sauces, stocking product, helping develop specials that stayed within budget), and having a working knowledge of draft systems and maintenance. Teamwork and substantial interpersonal skills were a key part of my success at OG. Customer service was paramount for every employee and through our work we were able to maintain a large group of regulars in addition to growing our customer base enough that we had to expand our shop to twice the size in our second year.
