These efforts have changed the industry’s perceptions of Pelco from being an analog-centric business to a recognized leader in the IP video security marketplace.
Design and implement global marketing strategies that have led toannual revenue generation of approximately $550 million.
Strategize, outline and deploy communications campaigns with C-level executives, business unit VPs, product marketing managers and international offices to grow multi-million-dollar product lines. Efforts include the development of online and printed marketing material; domestic and international tradeshow messaging; industry and mainstream advertisements; electronic and traditional direct-mail campaigns.
Oversee content development and production of Pelco Press, a 76-page quarterly publication, which includes combination of application articles, technology overviews, ROI analyses, advertisements and corporate culture. Emphasis on case studies and technology trends in particular has led to increased circulation, article pick-up and placement in industry publications. Manage team of writers and work with Creative Services on design and presentation.
Develop program-specific creative content to drive messaging for corporate messaging pillars, including Strategic Alliances and Partnerships; Customer Service Initiatives; “Beyond Security” video applications; and analysis of the convergence of video security and network technologies.
