Educated the customers and new    employee with the details and availability of the Avis fleet, optional services such  as  upgrades, coverages, etc. Followed and maintained Quality Assurance  standards  as issued by company.

 Processed all extended and mini-lease rentals, on a daily basis. Communicated    directly with customer, gathering vehicle mileage, ensuring any maintenance of  vehicle was done in appropriate time and place, and make sure billing was  current.
