A pharmaceutical sales representative with W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., and a Certified Medical Representative, Caren Solberg engages with several charity groups. As a volunteer with Youth Evaluation and Treatment Centers (commonly referred to as Youth Etc.), she aids the Arizona agency that provides counseling and other services to wards of the state, and she assists Youth Etc.’s subgroup, The Janes. As a Field Sales Associate, she locates purchasers for peripheral vascular stent-grafts, a device beneficial to vascular surgeons, cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and their patients. Regularly ranked among the company's best salespeople, Solberg focuses on clients in New Mexico and Arizona. Since starting in pharmaceutical sales with Allergan, Inc., Caren Solberg has garnered experience from BioSphere Medical, C. R. Bard, Inc., and Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. For these companies, she sold gastroenterology and bronchoscopy medical devices, antipsychotic medication, and embolotherapy equipment to physicians, psychiatrists, hospitals, specialists, and clinics throughout the Southwest. Earlier, she functioned in positions at: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona; PCS Health Systems, Inc.; and Walsh America/PMSI. Before commencing her career, Caren Solberg attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. The recipient of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Solberg supported the Coconino County chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff, the American Cancer Society, and the Winter Special Olympics while in school.
