This photo was taken on October 1, 2002, with my wife in Hawaii, before dieting. I weighed 190.5 pounds and 5' 8" tall. My Body Mass Index was 29. My waist circumference was 36" tight. At that time, my first experiment with no-salt diet and fluid restriction failed to improve my cardiovascular symptoms.I started on my own dieting program on October 12, 2002.
