My twenty-six years of experience spans across three industries: Automotive, Aerospace and Heavy Duty Truck.  My background also includes the Manufacturing, Process, Design, and Training aspects of any industry.  Very knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and Design for Manufacturing concepts.  I produce quality designs that are cost efficient and tooling friendly.

Currently working within the CATIA V5 Methodology Team at Daimler Trucks North America to establish proper design methods using CATIA V5.  Creating training materials and exercises, as well as providing workshop training, are all part of my daily tasks.  Whether it be a design group or part of a CATIA V5 training effort, I am confident I that I would prove to be a valuable asset to any team.

I purchased SolidWorks and did independent contract work for a local supplier, converting a library of 2D drawings into a library of 3D models, ready for fabrication.

I was one of only two designers to begin design work at Magna on the "new" Unigraphics system.  I spent two years designing the center console for the GM Denali truck.

I spent many years creating advanced designs for automotive, aerospace and trucking using CATIA V4.  Highly skilled in SURF1, SURF2, SOLIDE and BENDPART applications, as well as countless other functions within V4.

Proficient in Part Design, Composite Design, Shape Design, Sheetmetal Design, DMU and Assembly Design Workbenches.  Expert in creating V5 designs and teaching applications & functionality to new users.
