I am interested in a career that allows me to be a full participant in the work place.  I enjoy dealing with clients on a daily basis; preferrably face to face but over the phone is acceptable as well.  I enjoy problem solving and find personal enjoyment in marketing and promoting both products and work places.  I enjoy using my ability to build business relationships on a personal level while still mantaining a professional attitude.

As you'll see on my enclosed resume, I have the professional experience, tendency to excel in customer relations, and the ability to build lasting relationships with individuals and businesses to retain or open new potential relationships and sales opportunities.  Every career path I have choosen has revolved around Public Relations or Sales.  In addition I am highly motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and highly trainable.  Some special qualities that I attain that would make a great addition to your institution include: efficient time management and organizational skills, working well with a team while understanding the importance of personal responsibility, above average competency in Microsoft Office programs, and most importantly my social skills and ability to reconcile a client or customer's concerns or issues without delay.

I can assure you that meeting me will not be a waste of your time, and I will make myself available at your convenience, during or outside of normal business hours.

I type about 70-80WPM.
Every job that I have been a part of has required some type of sales knowledge.  While in the restuarant industry it wasn't as necessary, it was an easy way for you to learn how your products make you money and to earn repeat business.  As for the the more material goods I learned how to build relationships with individuals and businesses to open new potential sales opportunities and bring back the repeat business of acquired clients.
Public Relations/Customer Service
Every job I have been a part of has encompassed some form of public relations or customer service.  I believe that a talented customer service representative (whether it be a receptionist, a PR Rep, or a Sales Executive) is someone who can diffuse an awkward situation with knowledge and ease and can do so in a way that pleases both the client or customer while the business still benefits from the decision.
Microsoft Excel
I have been using Excel to find ways to manage money, orders, inventories, and am proficient in the knowledge of creating formulas and tables.
Microsoft Powerpoint
I have been using Powerpoint for school projects and for business purposes and presentations as well.
Microsoft Word
I have been using Word since the days of writing school papers and beyond.
