Assisted with researching land holdings of company interest and following up with current property owners. Compiled abstracts documenting company’s commissions on back-end land deals and assembled information of the company’s taxes on each property owned and optioned. 


  • Researched and corresponded with banks regarding land holdings, 3 of which the company pursued to purchase
  • Determined the percentage change in appraised values as well as taxes owed for 6 different counties, totaling to approximately 1,000 parcels of land. This assisted the CFO to avoid over $20,000 in penalties for missed tax payments

While in college I helped plan sorority recruitment as well as sorority dances and philanthropy events. Currently, at Woodruff Sawyer I plan Open Enrollment meetings. I create the employee deliverables, schedule carrier representation, and organize the open enrollment presentations.
I have excelled in sales since my first job in high school. Since then my sales knowledge and performance has grown. I utilized my sales skills while working at Nordstrom, earning me a Pacesetter Award for exceeding my annual sales goal. I also utilized my sales skills while working in the insurance industry. 
Customer Service
I utilized customer service skills in each of my positions held, in particular while working at Nordstrom. I received an All-Star Award while at Nordstrom for providing superior customer service to clients. I was nominated for the award by my department managers and was chosen thanks to customer reviews, fellow employee acknowledgements, and ultimately by the store manager for recognizing my dedication to the customer. While working at Woodruff Sawyer I also use my customer service skills as part of the client service team. I work hands on with clients on a daily basis answer questions and problem solving.

Throughout my college education at the University of San Diego as well as during my internship at Next Level Profits I utilized social media marketing in order to target specific demographic groups and increase product knowledge for consumers. I have managed company facebook accounts, utilized Twitter, and managed and written for company blog sites.
Bi-lingual in Spanish
I went to an immersion school kindergarten through eighth grade where I learned and utilized Spanish in the classroom on a daily basis. I continued using Spanish in high school, where I completed up to AP Spanish. In college I took Spanish and utilized my language proficiency while working at Windsor Orthodontics as well as Nordstrom. I can read, write, and speak the language.
