Community manager and digital insights analyst

I was in charge of two main functions: Community management for two official programs of the Ministry of Education of Colombia and Insight analysis and reporting of the social and traditional media coverage of the Ministry's public policy. I was actively involved with the CCO of the Ministry and the Minister's advisors in strategic planning and input. In both roles I had 4 people in charge.


  • Daily data mining and social media analysis reports (using Radian 6 from Sales Force)
  • Construction and editing of the daily strategic newsletter for the Ministry’s board of directives
  • Production of reports about posible political crisis that may affect the Ministry
  • Recommendation reports for the Ministry’s communication department based on content analysis of news and social media interactions
  • Content production, management and strategic development in social media for 'Todos a Aprender’ program. (Program for the transformation of the quality of education)

A passion for communication and advertisement. During my time at the university I always had a particular interest in the advertisement and marketing of social and political causes or institutions. (propaganda). I was recognised for my creativity and ability to perform under pressure and get the work done.
