My position within the company consisted of completing the closing of tills, counting end of day reports, printing out the current prep lists. Once all those tasks are finished, I proceed onto the morning checklists, brewing hot/cold coffee products, replacing counted tills, then to finish out the shift, checking off as many prep items as possible. So the following shift won't get backed up due to the morning rush combined with 12 pages of prep-tasks.

My role was mainly the dishes, when needed my role expanded to assisting with any prep-tasks, line work,  along with grill and griddle. On rare occasions I moved to the Front of House duties. Such as waiting, bussing, hosting, end-of-day reports.
