Managed the development and stewardship of consumer media plans Showtime Original Series, including Penny Dreadful, Masters of Sex, and Homeland. Developed audience targets, strategy, agency briefing, and presentation of final media recommendation to senior level executives. Acted as the key steward connecting media planning with promotional opportunities.
Developed creative and marketing assets for promotional efforts. Supervised multiple external agencies in the activation of sponsorships, experiences, and interactive exe cutions. Worked with internal departments including Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Corporate Communications to identify opportunities for integration.
Led Multicultural Marketing strategy and activation for corporate and Program Marketing initiatives. Successfully grew Showtime Networks LGBT sponsorships across multiple non-profit partners, increased the African American audience composition of House of Lies to from 18% top 25% through three seasons, and created a strong Hispanic audience foundation for Penny Dreadful in its premiere launch(12% of the audience composition).
