As current CIO/COO, manages local and offshore teams. Highly effective at identifying, attracting and retaining top talent and not break the bank, building IT organizations/companies from scratch as well as industry verticals.


• Supported over 90 clients throughout a platform conversion within 8 months with only 12 staff by building repeatable, scalable processes.

• Led rewriting of application suite that tripled sales over prior year with current employer. Partnered with consulting company; projected to double revenue within the next 12 months.

• Directed new software architecture to be built modularly to cut cost of changes 30-40%.

Chief Technical Officer


Peminic Solutions provide software solutions that improve patient safety, quality, risk and service for healthcare providers.

Charged with development, technical architecture vision and delivery of a new solution suite to replace the out-of-date solutions at the end of its lifecycle. Built out the Peminic Solution Center, including physical location and technology to facilitate the vision. Optimized resources during the transition period, still supporting the old solution across a large customer base.

Brought onboard to architect vision for the enterprise based on a Service-Oriented design pattern. Led enterprise wide team to define technology standards designed to simplify the environment and optimize limited resources.

KEY RESULTS: • Delivered a 3-, 5-, and 10-year architecture plan designed to reduce development costs and provide the flexibility required for growth.

• Recruited and managed the development team required to execute the Service-Oriented Architecture.

• Led diverse team of Ascension Health thought leaders in development of technical assessment process designed to standardize vendor requirements.

eVergance was a startup healthcare CRM and Knowledge Management company.

Brought on board as 5th employee and the first Principal in the company and managed an eight member, revenue-generating practice group of technical/business analysts. Charged with growing this area of the business; optimized team utilization, chargeability, and productivity; managed key accounts and ensured high quality deliverables.

KEY RESULTS: • Compiled a team that generated 50% of the company’s revenue.

• As Principle with one firm, delivered all internal leadership requirements while maintaining 97% billability or $1.25M in revenue.
