Cameron Boushehri

Seeking employment in the field of multimedia production/journalism/editing. "The Missouri Kid."

Cover letter.

4920 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403

Hello, my name is Cameron Boushehri.

I am a Drury University graduate with a degree in Multimedia production/journalism and an overall grade point average of 3.3. My specialty is video/sound editing, and I’m very interested in learning more. In addition, I enrolled in Writing for Stage and Screen where I wrote my own imaginative full-length stories in the form of professional screenplays.

For all the documenting that I’ve done for Drury, I was a one-man production team. I wrote my own scripts, set-up my own shots, did all my own videotaping, set up my own lighting and sound, went into the editing booth and pulled it all together with sound bytes, music and voice overs. I know the process from start to finish and it’s something I’ve developed a passion for and I really enjoy doing.

I was in The Disney College Program from January 2015 to August 2015. Then I signed on to be a permanent working cast member. Since that time, I worked at the parks for two years part-time in custodial. I'm still trying to find an opening with my expertise and my skills. You may contact me at 417-527-5100, or by Gmail, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss any opportunities you may have and can provide copies of my work. Please see the links to my portfolio contents attached.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

My Portfolio

My portfolio consists of my full-length creative written stories, Disneyland documentaries, Drury University video projectsExceptional Minds Adobe Creative Cloud projects, and my Digital Photography pictures I made using Adobe Photoshop.

My two Disneyland video documentaries were made during my time working for the resort.

Three reels containing all my Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects and Nuke projects I made during my time at Exceptional Minds.

My last five videos are a selection of my best video projects I made during my time at Drury University:

  • My First tells all about the college and what students do to hang out and have fun.
  • The second is a wacky misadventure starring myself in my own personal creative and humorous video.
  • My third is my first video I did as a client to a school in Springfield, Missouri that teaches kids on the autism spectrum.
  • The fourth is an educational and humorous documentary that talks about Drury University's security.
  • My final video is my last wacky misadventure I made on my final semester before I graduated.

My own creative fictional characters, The Dream Team are portrayed a brief animation test using Adobe Animate and in two creative written formats: a full-length professional screenplay (177 pages) and a short story (28 pages).

Power Ponies: the movie is my own speculation screenplay story based on the series My Little Pony Friendship is Magic portrayed in the form of a professional screenplay, as of now it is incomplete (204 pages).

Also included is a short computer animation test I made using Autodesk 3ds Max portraying my own character Cyberman.

Finally, eight pictures I made in Digital Photography class using Adobe Photoshop portraying myself alongside DreamWorks Animation characters.
