·Maintain and support mirroring of databases between SQL Server 2000 and IBM AS/400 DB2 databases using DataMirror recently acquired by IBM.

·Plan, implement and support infrastructure for the corporate marketing website winning several awards and maintained uptime during taping and broadcasting of ABC Extreme Makeover Home Edition receiving millions of website visits.

·Plan, implement, secure and support corporate e-mail systems using Exchange 2000 Server and a Barracuda filter and anti-virus appliance system.

·Provide onsite and remote services for medium sized wholesale distribution company managing six inventory control terminals connected via IP network to centrally located Windows Server 2003/SQL 2005 database.

·Coordinated the development of a C# ASP.NET inventory and accounting application which involved importing data from a FoxPro database application.

•Joined Chase Manhattan Bank as LAN Administrator for Central Technology Center (7/97), with transfer to Commercial Loan Services (10/97), assisting in the roll-out of Netscape, Microsoft Office '97, Windows'95, and Windows NT through contract staffing organization, prior to receiving permanent position as LAN Administrator for the Consumer Credit Operations Center (3/98), followed by promotion to Web Developer/Administrator (6/98).

•Provided LAN administration, and hardware, software, and project planning and management support utilizing ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, Perl, SQL, Access, IIS, Cold Fusion, Windows '95, OS/2, Microsoft Office '97, Lotus Notes, Lotus CCMail, HTML, and DHTML technologies, and administered server hardware and operating systems, to include Compaq Proliant 1850R, 6000, and 7000 servers, drive array controllers, fiberoptic network configurations, backup systems, and Windows NT and Novell Netware.

•Provided directives and supervision for two graphic designers in the development and implementation of web-site utilized by 12 departments and 600+ Consumer Credit Operations Center personnel, and 45,000 users nationwide at the branch level.

•Developed and implemented web applications for improving communications between business units, staff members, and other operations, utilizing Cold Fusion for expediting delivery of data driven applications.

•Researched and proposed technical products for improving shared business applications through web publishing, while maintaining security of software and user access control.

•Designed infrastructure compatible with existing technology to facilitate immediate need for web environment, and performed structure upgrade for managing high traffic volume.

•Strategically separated developmental area from production, and introduced change-control processes for publishing, in addition to installing Frontpage access for HTML designers and writers exclusive to the development servers for customizing business information.

•Successfully converted a daily 2-hour server volume space reporting process into a 15-minute a day automated process, utilizing Excel, Visual Basic, and MSDOS scripting. This report was used to determine daily filesystem size for amount of loan applications faxed to Chase Bank of Texas, Consumer Credit Division.
