I'm helping the organisation to design new digital user journeys and intelligent services by employing data science and A.I. My current programs include but are not limited to conversational agents (bots), automatic question-answering systems using deep learning, predictive modeling and recommendation engines in the context of customer services as well as user behaviour analytics and fraud detection.
