Started in Oct 2000 as Information Systems Vice-President for the Protection & Control Business within the Transmission & Distribution division;

Defined the IS strategy for this business and lead the deployment of commercial system (Camel eon) and supply chain (SAP) programs.

Promoted as I/S VP at Sector level to lead IS strategies, programs and business IS Directors.

Lead the e-business program which included website, intranet, project management, e-commerce, sourcing and service projects.

Launched SAP based key business programs, and the re-positioning of Information Systems to better support T&D needs and managed the IT outsourcing.

Designed the IT carve-out plan for Alstom T&D during the sale of the division to Areva.

In January 2004, lead the carve-out plan and managed IT Operations for T&D including IT infrastructure, network, office systems, support and local applications,

Implemented new technologies and launched a global program to standardize IT processes, using ITIL and Peregrine.

Designed the IT organization as a service business unit, using SLA and service cost lists, on a worldwide basis, managed 300 IT employees in 10 regions, 50 countries, 20000 users, 80 M€ operating expenses.
