  • Expedite material through each department in the plant; saw, fabrication, machining, CNC machining, assembling, glazing and packing. Communicate with the supervisor of each of these departments to find out the status of each part, help to solve issues, as well as set priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain and update comprehensive Excel tables detailing the status of parts, organized by Engineering “releases”
  • Hold meetings twice per week to report to the Plant Manager and Director of Operations on the status of material in each release going through the shop and with outside vendors
  • Communicate with Project Managers and site personnel for urgent requirements and provide them with updates on the status of material, as well as handle requests from the site for additional parts to be produced and shipped
  • Receive feedback from site personnel on issues with parts and installation and communicate with the appropriate engineer or draftsperson to help problem-solve
  • Provide production requirements and due dates to Oldcastle’s Mississauga plant and an outside vendor for material that we outsource to them for the cutting and machining
  • Issue material lists to shipping department and warehouse staff to ship to outside vendors and internal saw department
  • Coordinate and prioritize shipments of complete parts to the project site with the shipping department

      Search Engine Marketing AdWords Assignment

      For the Search Engine Marketing class, I built an AdWords account structure for a restaurant's website which included 2 campaigns, 5 ad groups per campaign, and 2 ads per ad group. I also gave an analysis of 3 competitors who were advertising at the same time.

      In the Search Engine Marketing class, I built a search engine marketing strategy for a restaurant which included a search engine optimization keyword strategy, and I provided an on-page assessment of the restaurant's current website.
