I currently work as a server at Cleveland’s premier fine dining restaurant, where I provide exceptional customer service to a variety of guests. I am responsible for taking care of the varied needs of multiple customers at once (sometimes up to  14), while assisting my co-workers in maintaining an efficient and clean work environment. I enjoy learning about and educating my guests on the subjects of food and beverage, which increases revenue for the restaurant. My job requires an incredible amount of efficiency and the ability to perform a variety of tasks (interpersonal, physical, and mental) in a fast-paced environment.

I fulfilled both hostess and server positions. As a hostess, I worked directly with the owner and learned how to take care of customers in a way that surpasses expectations and sets an unmatched level of excellence. My responsibilities included: handling a large volume of calls and customer requests, coordinating reservations, issuing gift cards and charity donations, and taking care of guests’ personal belongings via the coat check. As a server, I provided customers with exceptional service for some of their most important and meaningful occasions. I enjoyed the responsibility of meeting customer’s requests with excellence, an attention to detail, and kindness.
