Served as the initial point of contact and first impression of our community, assisted management with the day to day operations off a 300-unit community that was in the midst of management/ownership take over.
- Promoted leasing activities, scheduled appointments and leased apartments
- Processed applications, prepared lease contracts, and performed move in/out inspection
- Daily inspections/property walks of commons areas, model and show units
- Monitored service request and completion of work against resident satisfaction
- Performed all outside marketing as well as daily changes/updates online marketing
- Assisted with renewals and late rent/collections
